Kanoah Vinesett is a placekicker for NC State who hails from Rock Hill, South Carolina, where he attended Northwestern High School. At the high school level, Vinesett converted 21 of 26 field goals and made 101 of 102 extra points while accumulating 7,848 kickoff yards. He made his college debut as a redshirt freshman in 2023, appearing in the VMI game. During the 2024 season, Vinesett made 18 of 24 field goal attempts and connected on 34 of 35 PATs. In 2025, he has completed 5 of 6 field goals with a long of 51 yards, made 48 of 49 extra points, and totaled 63 points. The redshirt senior is currently on the roster for the Wolfpack.
