Je'rel Bolder is a 6'0", 212-pound wide receiver from Wingate, North Carolina, who attended Forest Hills High School under coach Jammie Deese. A four-star recruit and the highest-ranked prospect in NC State's 2025 class according to recruiting services, Bolder accumulated 3,000 receiving yards during his high school career. As a junior, he recorded 43 receptions for 881 yards and 14 touchdowns while averaging 20.5 yards per reception. His senior season included 78 receptions for 1,318 yards and nine touchdowns. Bolder earned three all-conference selections and appeared in the Shrine Bowl. He enrolled at NC State in January 2025 and is currently a redshirt freshman.
