Jackson Waller is a punter from Katy, Texas who attended Taylor High School before signing with SMU. As a true freshman in 2024 at SMU, he did not appear in any games. He transferred to Arkansas State, where he served as the starting punter in all 13 games during the 2025 season. Waller averaged 41.3 yards per punt, placed 19 of 59 kicks inside the 20-yard line, and recorded eight punts of 50 or more yards. He is now a redshirt sophomore transfer at NC State, majoring in sport management.
