Cam Strong is a cornerback for NC State who hails from Anderson, SC, where he played for T.L. Hanna High School under head coach Jason Tone. A three-star recruit ranked 789 nationally, Strong was named a team captain and earned all-region honors twice at the high school level. He received the Anderson Area TD Club Defensive Player of the Year award and was selected to the Shrine Bowl. Strong joined the Wolfpack in December and traveled to the bowl game before enrolling in January. He is currently a sophomore majoring in exploratory studies.
