Justin Welch is a placekicker for the Navy Midshipmen. The 6'2", 190-pound sophomore from Irmo, South Carolina, graduated from Dutch Fork High School in 2025, where he was a four-year football team captain and earned four letters in football. He led Dutch Fork to three consecutive state championships during his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons and garnered All-Region honors as a senior. Welch also lettered twice in soccer and is a National Honor Society member. He saw his only career action in 2025 against VMI. Welch is majoring in aerospace engineering and maintains a 3.1 grade point average.
