Chris Herock is a junior nose tackle for Navy standing 6'1" and weighing 266 pounds. A 2023 graduate of North Forsyth High School in Cumming, Georgia, Herock attended Naval Academy Prep School during 2023-24 before joining the Midshipmen. In high school he earned All-State honors, Region 8-6A Defensive Player of the Year as a senior, and served as a football team captain. He lettered in football, lacrosse, and wrestling. During the 2025 season, Herock appeared in two games, recording one total tackle across five plays against VMI and two plays against Notre Dame.
