Gavin Sidwar is a true freshman quarterback for the Missouri Tigers who stands 6'3" and weighs 190 pounds. A native of Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, Sidwar attended La Salle College High School in Philadelphia, where he compiled 2,747 passing yards and 31 touchdowns as a junior and earned All-State honors. He led the Explorers to the Pennsylvania State Championship Game under coach Brett Gordon and was named the Huck Plamer PCL MVP. A consensus three-star recruit, Sidwar ranked as the No. 23 QB nationally by national outlets and the No. 16 player in Pennsylvania. He selected Missouri over Duke, Maryland, Ole Miss, UCLA, and Wake Forest.
