Austin Simmons is a 6'4", 215-pound quarterback from Miami, Florida, who attended Pahokee High School before committing to Ole Miss. A consensus four-star prospect, he passed for 3,253 yards and 27 touchdowns during his sophomore season and threw for 1,913 yards with 15 touchdowns as a freshman. At Ole Miss, Simmons redshirted in 2023 before appearing in nine games in 2024, completing 19 of 32 passes for 282 yards and two touchdowns. In 2025, he started the first two contests and played in eight total games for the Rebels, completing 60 percent of his passes (45 of 75) for 744 yards with four touchdowns and five interceptions before transferring to Missouri as a redshirt junior.
