Ahmad Hardy is a junior transfer running back from UL Monroe who joined Missouri for the 2025 season. At Lawrence County High School in Oma, Mississippi, he compiled 4,880 rushing yards and 54 touchdowns over his final three years. During his 2024 freshman season at UL Monroe, Hardy was a Freshman All-American and Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year, recording 1,351 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns across 12 games. In 2025, Hardy earned consensus All-America honors, including First Team recognition from the AP and Walter Camp Foundation. He rushed 256 times for 1,649 yards with 16 touchdowns, setting a Missouri single-season school record and averaging 6.4 yards per carry. He finished second nationally in rushing yards and forced 97 missed tackles. Hardy also caught six passes for 22 yards out of the backfield.
