Navonn Barrett is a 6'1", 190-pound cornerback from Trenton, New Jersey, who attended Trenton Central High School. At the prep level, he earned two consecutive Colonial Valley Conference first-team honors at cornerback and recorded 30 tackles, 3 interceptions, and 8 pass breakups as a senior in 2021. Barrett redshirted as a true freshman at Maine in 2022 before transferring to Lackawanna College, where he posted 21 tackles, 15 solo, 5.5 tackles for loss, and 10 pass breakups over 9 games in his 2024 sophomore campaign. He joined Missouri State in 2025, appearing in two games and seeing offensive snaps against UT Martin on 9/20/25. Barrett made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Spring 2026 and is a returning junior.
