Parker Puckett is a redshirt freshman quarterback for Mississippi State standing 6'0" and weighing 180 pounds. A Madison, Mississippi native, Puckett prepped at Jackson Prep, where he appeared in 35 games across four seasons. He compiled 4,822 passing yards and 46 touchdown passes while averaging 137.8 yards per game. On the ground, Puckett rushed for 1,130 yards and 25 touchdowns, with a long run of 65 yards during his senior year. He was a member of the Patriots' 2022 State Championship team and led Jackson Prep to a District Championship in 2024, the program's first since 2017.
