AJ Swann is a quarterback from Canton, Georgia, who attended Cherokee High School, where he was a three-year starter and threw for 6,931 yards and 65 touchdowns in his prep career. As a junior, he passed for 2,505 yards and 23 touchdowns while leading his team to an 8-3 record and earned co-offensive 5-7A Regional Player of the Year honors. A four-star recruit in the Class of 2022, Swann played two seasons at Appalachian State before transferring to Vanderbilt, where he started 12 of 15 games and accumulated 2,731 passing yards with 22 touchdowns. He now competes for Mississippi State as a redshirt senior/transfer.
