Kolin Wilson is a running back from Gulf Shores, Alabama, who committed to Mississippi State in June 2024 as a consensus 3-star recruit. In his 2025 true freshman season, Wilson appeared in five games without a start. He made his collegiate debut at Southern Miss on August 30, recording one rushing attempt for three yards. Against Alcorn State on September 13, Wilson posted season highs of 4 carries for 23 yards, including a 17-yard run. He earned his first career reception against Wake Forest on January 2, catching one pass for 8 yards. Wilson received a redshirt after his fifth game in the Duke's Mayo Bowl.
