Javon Tracy is a 6'0", 205-pound wide receiver from Indianapolis who attended Decatur Central High School. He spent three seasons at Miami (Ohio) from 2021 to 2023, appearing in 30 games with 18 starts and recording 79 catches for 1,166 yards and nine touchdowns. Tracy transferred to Minnesota in January 2025 with two remaining seasons of eligibility. In his first year with the Golden Gophers, he played in all 13 games, catching 37 passes for 454 yards and six touchdowns while adding one rush for 15 yards. He earned First Team All-MAC honors in 2024 and was named CSC Academic All-District in 2025.
