Otto Janse Van Rensburg is a center from Sevierville, Tennessee, who attended Sevier County High School where he earned four letters in football. He was a three-star recruit and received honors including 2023 Region 1-5A Offensive Lineman of the Year. At Middle Tennessee, Janse Van Rensburg appeared in six games during his freshman season in 2025, recording five starts and 286 total snaps. He made his collegiate debut against Missouri State at guard with 37 snaps, then started at Delaware with all 72 snaps played. A leg injury against WKU ended his season. He was named to the CUSA All-Freshman Team in 2025.
