Alex Gale is a right guard for Middle Tennessee, standing 6'3" and weighing 311 pounds. The Tallahassee native was a three-star recruit from Lincoln High School, where he recorded 90 pancakes during his senior season. Redshirted in 2024, Gale appeared in five games as a redshirt freshman in 2025 and earned four starts. He logged 361 snaps over the final five games of the season, including a season-high 84 snaps in his first start against FIU. Gale was selected to the CUSA All-Freshman Team in 2025.
