Tommy Carr is a true freshman quarterback for the Michigan Wolverines who hails from Saline, Michigan. As a two-year starter at Saline High School, Carr led the Hornets to an 8-3 record in 2024 and 10-2 in 2025, with the team reaching the MHSAA D1 state semifinal both years. Over his prep career, he completed 357 of 514 passes for 5,247 yards with 64 touchdowns and nine interceptions, adding 589 rushing yards and 14 scores.
