John Weidenbach is a 6'0", 215-pound linebacker for the Michigan Wolverines. The Naperville, Illinois native attended Benet Academy, where he recorded 114 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, two sacks, and two fumble recoveries as a senior. He was selected as an honorable mention on the Chicago Sun-Times All-Area team following his prep career. At Michigan, Weidenbach appeared in one game at linebacker during his junior year, earning his first varsity letter. He is a two-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree and returns as a senior in 2026.
