Cameron Brandt, a 6'4" defensive end from Carson, California, joined Michigan as a three-star recruit in 2023. He appeared in 14 games during his freshman year, primarily on special teams, and earned varsity letters in each of his three seasons. As a sophomore in 2024, Brandt logged 13 tackles with 4.0 tackles for loss and 3.0 sacks across all 13 games. In 2025, his junior year, he appeared in all 13 games with one start, recording 22 tackles, 1.5 for loss, and 0.5 sacks while adding four quarterback hurries. Brandt is an Academic All-Big Ten honoree and returns as a senior in 2026.
