Rodney Bullard Jr. is a 6'0", 181-pound wide receiver from Albany, Georgia, who transferred to Michigan State in January 2025 after two productive seasons at Division II Valdosta State. At Valdosta State (2023–24), he recorded 86 receptions for 1,567 yards and 19 touchdowns across 28 games, earning first-team All-Gulf South Conference honors in 2024 when he led the conference with 12 touchdown catches and 1,001 receiving yards. In his 2025 debut season at Michigan State, Bullard appeared in all 12 games with one start, catching 5 passes for 119 yards and 1 touchdown while adding 2 rushing attempts for 6 yards and 1 rushing touchdown.
