Williams redshirted his first year at Michigan State and appeared in four games during the 2025 season while preserving eligibility. He recorded two carries for 20 yards and one reception for 8 yards across 15 offensive snaps and 19 on special teams. Williams notched a 14-yard carry versus Maryland on 11/29 and grabbed an 8-yard reception in his collegiate debut against Indiana on 10/18.
