Charles Brantley is a 6'0", 170-pound right cornerback from Sarasota, Florida who played college football at Michigan State before transferring to Miami. A three-star recruit in the 2021 class, Brantley spent his first four years at Michigan State (2021–2024), appearing in 31 games with 24 starts. Over his Spartan career, he recorded 103 tackles, 23 passes defended, five interceptions, and two interception return touchdowns, including a school-record 100-yard pick-six against Prairie View A&M on September 14, 2024. In 2024, he led the team with three interceptions despite playing in nine games due to injury. Brantley transferred to Miami for the 2025 season and appeared in three games while earning his undergraduate degree.
