Girard Pringle Jr. is a running back from Tampa, Florida, who attended Armwood High School. A consensus four-star recruit ranked 148th nationally in the 2025 class, he chose Miami over offers from Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and seven other programs. In his 2025 true freshman season, Pringle appeared in nine games with one start, recording 62 rushing attempts for 375 yards and four touchdowns while averaging 6.0 yards per carry. He added four receptions for 53 yards and one touchdown. His breakout came against NC State on November 15, when he rushed for 116 yards on 17 carries. Pringle remains on the roster as a sophomore.
