Cole McConathy II is a 6'5", 250-pound defensive end from Spanish Fort, Alabama, who committed to Miami over multiple Power Four programs. As a true freshman in 2024, he appeared in nine games, recording one solo tackle and making his college debut against Florida A&M on Sept. 7. He saw action in contests against Ball State, USF, Cal, Louisville, Florida State, Duke, Syracuse, and the Pop-Tarts Bowl versus Iowa State. During his high school career, McConathy compiled 92 tackles and 16 sacks in his senior season, adding 26.5 tackles for loss and three forced fumbles. In 2025, the redshirt sophomore has appeared in two games while working back from injury, taking the field against Syracuse on Nov. 8 and NC State on Nov. 15. From Spanish Fort · Spanish Fort, AL.
