Herbert Scroggins III is a 6'3", 245-pound right defensive end for the Miami Hurricanes. A four-star prospect from Benedictine Military School in Savannah, Georgia, he recorded 17 sacks during his final high school season and was named to 4A All-State First Team by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. In his 2025 true freshman campaign, Scroggins appeared in 14 games and registered four tackles with one quarterback hurry. He made his collegiate debut against Bethune-Cookman on September 6 and competed in multiple postseason contests, including the CFP National Championship Game against Indiana on January 19.
