Dylan Carpenter is a 6'3", 252-pound edge rusher from St. Amant, Louisiana, who joined LSU as a 3-star recruit in the 2023 Signing Class. He appeared in three games as a freshman before establishing himself in 2024, playing in seven contests and recording four tackles across 53 defensive snaps. In 2025, his most productive season, Carpenter appeared in 10 games and tallied 10 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and two sacks while playing 119 snaps in the edge rusher rotation. He has been named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll twice and enters his fourth season with the Tigers in 2026.
