A consensus three-star recruit, Brown made his collegiate debut in 2023 against Murray State, recording 11 carries for 65 yards and a touchdown. In 2024, he played 11 games and accumulated 243 yards with three touchdowns on the ground, averaging 5.2 yards per carry. During the 2025 season, Brown appeared in 10 games and ranked second on Louisville in rushing production with 704 yards and six touchdowns across 96 carries, posting a 7.3-yard average. He also caught 12 passes for 118 yards and returned one kickoff for 65 yards. Brown missed the final two regular-season contests due to injury.
