Isaac Brown, a running back from Homestead, Florida, joined Louisville as a three-star recruit in the 2024 class. In his freshman season, he set the school's freshman rushing record with 1,173 yards and 11 touchdowns, earning ACC Rookie of the Year and FWAA Freshman All-American honors. During the 2025 season, Brown rushed for 884 yards and seven touchdowns on 101 carries while averaging 8.8 yards per carry, earning Third Team All-ACC recognition. He recorded 13 receptions for 48 yards and logged a long run of 78 yards. Brown currently holds the junior class status and returns for his third year with the Cardinals.
