Cason Henry is a right tackle from Marietta, Georgia who graduated from Walton High School in 2022. He attended South Carolina before joining Louisville as a transfer. As a true freshman in 2022, he appeared in two games and was named the Offensive Scout Team Award winner. Henry started the 2023 season opener against North Carolina but suffered a knee injury and missed most of the season. In 2024, he remained healthy throughout the year, starting all 13 contests and earning recognition as the Most Improved Player of the Spring for the offense. Through the first four games of 2025, Henry started at right tackle and served as a game captain against Vanderbilt before sustaining a shoulder injury that required season-ending surgery in October.
