Anwar O'Neal is a 6'5", 310-pound left tackle from Philadelphia who attended Middletown High School, where he was a three-year starter and team captain as a senior. O'Neal played at Delaware before transferring to Louisville, where he competes as a redshirt junior in 2026. During the 2025 season at Delaware, he started 11 games at left tackle, played over 900 snaps, and allowed six sacks while earning All-Conference USA Honorable Mention honors. He helped anchor an offense averaging 29.0 points and 411.1 yards per game and contributed to Delaware's first FBS bowl victory and 7-6 record. In 2024, O'Neal appeared in 11 games and was named All-Colonial Athletic Association Honorable Mention.
