Kameron Carter is a right cornerback for Louisiana Tech who transferred from Southwest Mississippi CC. At the junior college level, he recorded 25 tackles, six interceptions and three pass breakups across nine games in 2024, and 10 tackles with three pass breakups in nine games during his 2023 freshman season. In his first season with the Bulldogs in 2025, Carter appeared in 11 games with one start in the Independence Bowl against Coastal Carolina on December 30. He finished with 15 total tackles (nine solo), one sack, one tackle for loss, one interception, one forced fumble and two pass breakups. Carter registered four tackles in the bowl game and intercepted a pass against Western Kentucky on October 21.
