Jaylon Parnell is a linebacker for Louisiana Tech, standing 5'11" and weighing 224 pounds. The Pascagoula, Mississippi native was a three-star recruit in the class of 2025, ranked 21st among players in his state and 122nd at his position. At Pascagoula High School, he earned First Team All-Region and Second Team 6A All-State honors. During his senior year, he appeared in four games and recorded a safety, a pass breakup, and blocked a kick.
