James Predtechenskis is a linebacker for the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs standing 6'1" and weighing 200 pounds. A native of Richardson, Texas, he prepared at The Covenant School in Dallas, where he earned Division III District 2 First Team honors at linebacker as a junior and Second Team recognition as a tight end. He also participated in baseball, track and field, and wrestling in high school. Predtechenskis redshirted during his freshman year in 2024 and did not appear in games as a redshirt sophomore in 2025. He is a CUSA Commissioner's Academic Medalist and was named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll in 2025 and 2026.
