Rashawn Cunningham is a 6'2", 205-pound wide receiver from Inman, South Carolina who transferred to Liberty from Charleston Southern. He redshirted in 2024 after appearing in four games, primarily on special teams. In 2025, Cunningham played in 12 games and recorded 33 receptions for 604 yards and seven touchdowns. He earned Phil Steele Postseason all-conference second team honors and was named Phil Steele Postseason Freshman All-America third team. Cunningham was a finalist for the Jerry Rice Award and received OVC/Big South all-conference first team recognition. He had a breakout performance against UT Martin with seven receptions for 216 yards and a touchdown.
