Jon Monteiro is a 6'2", 200-pound wide receiver from Randolph, Massachusetts, who attended Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood. A two-time all-conference selection in prep, he earned first-team All-Scholastic honors as a senior after recording 57 receptions for 887 yards and 19 touchdowns his sophomore year, and 68 receptions for 887 yards with 19 touchdowns as a junior. Monteiro joined Liberty as a true freshman in 2024, appearing in two games against Middle Tennessee and Buffalo in the Bahamas Bowl while redshirting. He earned Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition. Now a redshirt sophomore, Monteiro returns to the Flames roster as a Business major.
