Markus Clark is a defensive tackle for Liberty who transferred from Appalachian State. The 6'1", 295-pound junior from Hoover, Alabama appeared in 22 games during his three seasons at App State, recording 28 tackles (nine solo, 19 assisted), 3.5 tackles for loss, 1.0 sacks and a forced fumble. In 2023, he played in 11 games with eight starts and finished with 21 tackles including 2.5 tackles for loss. Clark earned Athlon Sports CUSA Preseason All-Conference Fourth-Team honors for 2025. Through early 2025, he has 10 total tackles in limited action.
