Jaylen Henderson is a quarterback for Liberty, standing 6'3" and weighing 227 pounds. A native of Los Angeles who graduated from Chaminade High School, Henderson began his college career at Fresno State in 2021, appearing in three games that season and completing 5-of-8 passes for 49 yards. He transferred to Texas A&M, where he started the final four games of 2023 after making his first career start against Mississippi State—a performance that included 11-of-19 completions for 150 yards, two passing touchdowns, 12 rushes for 60 yards, and two rushing touchdowns. Henderson accounted for eight of his team's 14 offensive touchdowns over the final three regular-season contests that year. He saw no action in 2024 before joining Liberty in 2025, appearing in five games with 7-of-18 passing attempts for 50 yards and 29 carries for 146 yards and one touchdown.
