Mikey Pauley is a tight end for the Kansas Jayhawks and a returning redshirt senior from Overland Park, Kansas. At Blue Valley Northwest High School, he was a multi-sport athlete and all-state quarterback who completed 57 percent of his passes for 5,173 career yards and 54 touchdowns while adding 2,326 rushing yards and 38 touchdowns. As a senior, he led the Huskies to a 12-1 record and the school's first state title, earning the 2021 Thomas A. Simone Award and 2022 MaxPreps Kansas Player of the Year honors. After signing with Nebraska's baseball program, Pauley has since transferred to Kansas. In 2024, he appeared in one game, recording two carries for 17 yards against Lindenwood.
