Ezra Vedral is a 6'2", 226-pound linebacker for the Kansas Jayhawks from Omaha, Nebraska, who attended Creighton Prep High School. A redshirt junior, Vedral played in 11 games during the 2025 season, recording five total tackles with two solo and three assisted, along with one fumble recovery. He made his first career fumble recovery on the opening kickoff against Kansas State. Vedral's father, Mike, lettered at Nebraska from 1990-92, while his sister Anna competed for Kansas track and field.
