Seth Gathers is a safety for the James Madison Dukes. The 6'0", 200-pound redshirt freshman from Waldorf, Maryland, attended North Point High School, where he earned First Team All-Conference defensive honors as both a junior and senior. He also registered Second Team All-Conference on offense as a senior and recorded 19 total touchdowns and 11 interceptions during his prep career. Gathers helped North Point capture MPSSAA 4A/3A state championships in 2022 and 2024, and was part of the 2023 state runner-up team. He did not see game action in 2025 and is on the roster for the upcoming season.
