Chase Regan is a free safety for James Madison from Dillsburg, PA, where he attended Bishop McDevitt High School. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Regan appeared in all 13 games as a freshman in 2024, recording eight tackles and one fumble recovery. In 2025, his second year, he played in all 14 games and posted six tackles along with two blocked punts, ranking second nationally in blocked kicks. He earned a career-high three tackles with a blocked punt against Weber State on August 30 and added another blocked punt against Troy on December 5 in the Sun Belt Championship game.
