Miles Halbert is a 6'0", 205-pound wide receiver from Owings, Maryland, who attended Northern High School. As a senior, he recorded 99 receptions for 1,746 receiving yards and 31 touchdowns while also contributing 103 tackles with 7.0 tackles for loss and an interception on defense. The previous year, he caught 104 passes for 1,955 yards and 22 touchdowns. Halbert set Maryland state records for receiving yards at the game, single-season and career levels. He joined James Madison as a redshirt freshman and appeared in one game during the 2025 season, earning Scout Team Special Teams MVP honors.
