Arrion Concepcion is a 5'9", 180-pound wide receiver from Charlotte, NC, who attended Julius L. Chambers High School. A three-year letterwinner, he recorded 23 catches for 255 yards as a senior, 51 catches for 640 yards and nine touchdowns as a junior, and 21 catches for 283 yards and three touchdowns as a sophomore. Chambers earned two player-of-the-game awards between his junior and senior seasons and helped the program reach a pair of NCHSAA 4A playoff appearances.
