KJ Flowe is a 5'10", 180-pound nickelback from Charlotte, NC who attended Julius L. Chambers High School. At the prep level, he recorded seven career interceptions including five pick-sixes and nearly 20 pass breakups. Flowe played in all 13 games during his 2024 freshman campaign, posting 18 tackles (11 solo), 0.5 tackle for loss, and three pass breakups. In 2025, he appeared in 12 games with three tackles (two solo) and one interception returned for a touchdown, including a 34-yard pick-six versus Coastal Carolina on November 29. A marketing major, Flowe is a two-time JMU Athletic Director's Scholar-Athlete and earned 2024-25 Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll recognition. He returns as a junior for the Dukes.
