Jase Rhodes is a safety from Roanoke, Virginia who attended North Cross, where he was a three-star recruit. At North Cross, Rhodes compiled 224 total tackles, 32 pass breakups, 14 tackles for loss, and 11 interceptions on defense while recording 100 receptions for 2,026 yards on offense. He earned 2025 VISAA Player of the Year honors and was named a three-time VISAA All-State defensive back. Rhodes also competed in indoor and outdoor track and field, winning the 2024-25 VISAA Indoor State high jump championship and claiming two Junior Olympics triple jump titles. He joins James Madison as a true freshman.
