George Lovelace is a 6'3", 200-pound cornerback for the James Madison Dukes. The Richmond, Virginia native attended Highland Springs High School, where he earned 2023 Richmond Times-Dispatch Honorable Mention All-Metro honors. As a senior, Lovelace recorded 35 receptions for 517 yards and three touchdowns on offense while posting 24 tackles, 5.0 tackles for loss, and eight passes broken up on defense. He was part of Highland Springs' 2022 VHSL Class 5 state championship team and helped the program to four region championships during his prep career. Lovelace also competed in track and field, earning regional championships in the 4x100 relay. Currently a redshirt sophomore at James Madison, he did not see game action in 2024 or 2025.
