Dylan Gentry is a 5'9" wide receiver from Phenix City, Alabama, where he was a team captain at Central Phenix City and helped the school win the AHSAA 7A State Championship as a senior with 29 catches for 540 yards and seven touchdowns. He spent the 2024 season at Auburn before transferring to Jacksonville State. In 2025, his first year with the Gamecocks, Gentry appeared in nine games and recorded four receptions for 34 yards, including two catches for 13 yards against Delaware and two for 21 yards against Troy in the Salute to Veterans Bowl.
