Darius Cannon is a 5'9", 180-pound wide receiver for Jacksonville State. The Gainesville, Georgia native played his high school ball at Gainesville HS before spending two seasons at Kentucky. He transferred to Murray State, where he recorded 77 receptions for 737 yards and three touchdowns in 2025. During that season, Cannon had 110 yards on nine catches in the finale versus Indiana State and 100 yards on five catches with a score against South Dakota State. He also carried the ball eight times for 35 yards. Cannon joins the Gamecocks as a redshirt junior transfer.
