A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Parker made his college debut in the Music City Bowl loss to Missouri in 2024 before appearing in 11 games during the 2025 season. In 2025, he recorded three receptions for 18 yards with one touchdown, including a career-long 10-yard reception. Parker caught two passes for 12 yards and a score in Iowa's 47-7 win over UMass and added one reception for six yards against Minnesota.
