Kasen Thomas is a 6'2", 230-pound linebacker from Sioux City, Iowa, who attended Bishop Heelan High School. A four-year honor roll student, Thomas earned two-time first-team all-state honors as well as district MVP and team captain designations. His high school career included state runner-up finishes in 2023 and 2025. As a senior in 2025, Thomas rushed for 1,405 yards and 23 touchdowns on 217 carries while adding 87 receiving yards and one score. Defensively, he recorded fumble recoveries and a pick-six. Thomas also lettered in basketball and track and currently holds returning status with Iowa.
